Shipping: The processing time for most handmade items can be anywhere from 2-12 weeks. Please refer to the website banner for updated turn around times. This time includes ordering supplies, customization, drying time and shipping preparations. Each crystal is placed by hand. Most items take several hours to complete in order to ensure a high quality, long-lasting bling. Readymade items will ship within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping: I currently offer international shipping for select countries for a flat rate fee. If you would like to place an international order, please contact me for a more accurate quote for shipping costs.

Rush Orders: Orders are processed in the order which they are received. If you would like to push your order to the top, there is a $100 fee per item. 

Rhinestone Colors: Please see the Crystal color page before choosing your colors. I am not responsible if you choose a color that you do not like. If you need more images or videos for color reference, please message me before purchasing.

Apparel & Footwear: Please make sure you know your size. I recommend trying the item on in-store first before placing an order. These items are not returnable due to sanitary reasons. 

Custom: If you have any custom requests or want something blinged that you do not see on this site, please email me at Bijoubybecca@gmail.com.

All custom orders must be confirmed via email before I start processing. If you do not confirm within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled. 

Due to the nature of all items being handmade, slight imperfections and variations may occur.
